“ Fantastic Have a great hot dog, leave with some donuts for later. I will eat here anytime I'm in the area. ”
“ Iv been going here since I was little, food is great, the service is also better that average. They did get new owners but they didnt change the food! It's a little odd inside they added a donut fridge & lottery ticket machine. ”
“ I haven't been here in a while because of the quality food has gone down. The service wasn't very good but I heard there's a new owner that took over last December so I tried it the other night and it's a big improvement. The food was a lot better. The service for the people behind the counter was a lot better. It was very clean in there ”
“ Great food and fast service! This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. Having spent a lot of time in Chicago this place really brought back good memories, what with all the Chicago memorabilia with a focus on sports covering the walls. You order at the counter and the young woman, taking my order was very helpful, explaining the differences of the various kinds of dogs. Mine was grilled with the traditional Chicago toppings of onions and green relish, and pickle spear, tomatoes, and hot peppers. Really hot! Came with very good thin french fries and a fountain drink. Super good deal. What more do you want- friendly staff and outstanding fresh food! ”
“ Today's a good day.... especially if you're in the mood for a hot dog. Not just a dog you say... with so many choices you won't be able to decide what you want. That goes for their burgers and sandwiches as well. Food, service, $ and atmosphere on point. Lovin it! ”
“ Had lunch with a client of mine. We chose this restaurant, and fast casual diner that serves hot dogs, hamburgers, hot and cold sandwiches. The eating area is clean, they have two large screen televisions, restroom was clean. The food was delicious. They serve a generous portion of French fries, and the hot dog is grilled and is all beef! Lena and Goodie were serving today and they were very pleasant and attentive. Definitely will return. ”
“ Before we get into the hot dog I'm just going to say that I love their glazed donut. It's hard to explain and I don't want to upset any donut purist, but it just reminds me of Winchell's in the 80s when I was a kid. With that being said the Chicago dog is delicious. Some people are like a hot dog is a hot dog is a hot dog. Those people don't get it and they should just go to Costco. I love Costco dogs but they don't compare. I'm normally a ketchup on a dog kind of guy but trust me just order the Chicago dog with everything and fries and enjoy. ”
“ Big menu. Good hot dogs, fries and onion rings. Very nice service and comfortable seating. ”
“ This is a mom a pop shop. You feel at home even if it's a restaurant. It's also a one stop shop as they offer not only hot dogs but they also offer sandwiches, dinner plates, donuts and a variety of drinks including alcohol. They also have lotto so really a one stop shop. The service is superb and the ambience as I stated before makes you feel welcome. The food is delicious and everything is made to order so you get freshly made food. Would come back! ”
“ I have eaten here intermittently since the late 1980s. I've probably seen three ownership changes during this time. But the hot dogs don't change. Mustard's Chicago Style Eatery is one of the few places where I can always find a Chicago Dog--including that peculiar neon green relish. I also like their Chili Dogs. If you aren't interested in hot dogs, Mustard's also sells a variety of sandwiches and burgers. This restaurant offers doughnuts, Danishes and croissants to capture morning business. They also have a license to sell beer. ”
